Feds Investigating Fire At Murfreesboro Mosque Site.
I just heard on the news that yesterday the future site of the Murfreesboro mosque was set fire. As a resident of Murfreesboro I am ashamed and appalled, although not surprised, by the behavior of some of the people in my community. Has anyone heard of ‘tolerance’? I realize the word has 9 whole letters so these rednecks probably cannot spell it, but that doesn’t mean they can’t practice it. We must remember that the First Amendment does not just apply to religions you agree with. I get so frustrated when I hear ignorant people refer to Muslims as terrorists. While there are extremists within the Islamic community, the vast majority of Muslims are peaceful people. I challenge Christians to open their Bibles and read about all the ridiculous ‘sins’ that you could commit that would justify a stoning. Does that mean that the Bible promotes violence? Think about it.
